Theater-Pioneer Anup Baral has played the role of case INVESTIGATOR Kiran in "DAS DHUNGA. The film is based on the misterious demised of two leading POLITICAL HEROS(Madan Bhandari &Jeevraj Ashrit) of '50s SETTING THEIR LIVES IN "Dasdhunga." The lead actors in the film are Anup Baral, Sanchita Luitel, B.S Rana, Saugat Malla(of Kagbeni fame)Bishwa Basnet (of Sindur &Anyaya fame)and Dayahang Rai.
The looks of the main character of the film will soon be released by APIL BISTA FILMS PVT.LTD and the shooting of the film has just been concluded,along with the post-production rushes. The music and back groundscore of the film is composed by Kicha . PURU aka PURUSHOTTAM PRADHAN has eyed his lens (CINEMAOGRAPHY) beautifully in DASDHUNGA. Now it's being toutted that camera work in this particular film has a feel that's outstanding. Rajan Upreti(of Kamala fame)is its core casting director whereas Kumar Bhattarai has penned dialouge of the film alongside assisting DIRECTOR MANOJ PANDIT(of solar-plexus in stomach 'GREATER NEPAL'fame).Thetrial film posters are out now in nets and national leading magizines.
The film"DasDhunga" is about what really happend before and after the great tragedy called 'DASDHUNGA'occured in the respective lives of Madan-Ashrit.The so-called-tough investigations and the system of governance has been criticized by the writer/director "MANOJ PANDIT". The three main characters Anup, Daya and Saugat are something to watch as they have given their career best in the movie.
The first character introduced in the Film is Kiran,an Investigator – who is sharp and wants to handle DASDHUNGA - case as never before. Kiran is just married and is bad at romance. He falls prey between DasDhunga case & his wife. Whenever Kiran tries to impress hiswife, he fears in loosing the case,so he torns between DUTY &RESPONSIBILITY.
The second CHARACTER is AMAR LAMA(played by DAYAHANG RAI ). He is an avrage driver of Madan Bhandari and adventurous and he always says that he loves Madan Bhandari more than himself,but ends up gettinga raw-deal in DasDhunga conspiracy .After continual threatens and mental tourtures caused by DASDHUNGA case ,he wants to live in his own way and when he tries to do things his own way, he too ends up his life in an suspense encounter made by unknown. The rest of the characters and events will unfold in coming editions ..So wait for more interesting gossips and facts that turned in the making of DASDHUNGA.
